FILM AND VIDEO

Here is a short selection of my work with film and video from the year 2000 and onwards. Or rather, my visual poems recorded with an old camera sometimes, or more simply with a cell phone. I have a collection of video recordings and photographs of all kinds of things, which I often use for my montage films.

DERVISH FRAGMENTS

In 2005 I filmed the Sema Ceremony of the Dervish dancers in Istanbul (with permission from the Turkish authorities) with an old analogue camera in a cut up fragmented style. 1:50 min.
